नेपाल र कतारबीच आठ क्षेत्रमा सहकार्य गर्ने समझदारी 

नेपाल र कतारबीच कला, संस्कृति, शिक्षा, सञ्चार, युवा तथा खेलकुद, कानुनी सहायता र उद्योग वाणिज्य क्षेत्रमा सहकार्य गर्नेसम्बन्धी सम्झौता तथा समझदारी भएको छ। 

कतारका अमिर शेख तमिम बिन हमाद अल थानीको नेपालको राजकीय भ्रमणका अवसरमा आज ती समझदारी भएको परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता अमृतबहादुर राईले जानकारी दिए।  

कतारका अमिर थानी र प्रधानमन्त्री पुष्पकमल दाहाल ‘प्रचण्ड’बीच आज सोल्टी होटेलमा भएको द्विपक्षीय भेटवार्तापछि उनीहरूको उपस्थितिमा कला र संस्कृतिका क्षेत्रमा सहकार्य, नेपाल र कतारका सरकारी समाचार एजेन्सीबीच समाचार आदान–प्रदान तथा शिक्षाका क्षेत्रमा सहयोग आदान–प्रदानसम्बन्धी समझदारीपत्रमा हस्ताक्षर भएको छ। 

यसैगरी, युवा तथ खेलकुद, दुवै देशका महान्यायाधिवक्ता कार्यालयस्तरीय, कूटनीति, शिक्षा र तालिमसम्बन्धी समझदारीपत्रमा हस्ताक्षर भएको परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ। सरकारीस्तरमा भएका समझदारीपत्रमा नेपालका तर्फबाट कानुन, न्याय तथा संसदीय मामिलामन्त्री पदम गिरीले हस्ताक्षर गरेका छन्। 

यसैगरी, निजी क्षेत्रका तर्फबाट नेपाल उद्योग वाणिज्य महासंघ र कतार चेम्बर अफ कमर्सका बीचमा पनि लगानी आदान–प्रदानसम्बन्धी समझदारीपत्रमा हस्ताक्षर भएको छ। 

सो समझदारीपत्रमा नेपालका तर्फबाट महासंघका अध्यक्ष चन्द्रप्रसाद ढकाल र कतार चेम्बरका तर्फबाट शेख खालिफ बिन जसिम अल थानीले हस्ताक्षर गरेका थिए।

1. Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in the Fields of Culture and Arts between the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation of Nepal and the Ministry of Culture of the State of Qatar 

2. Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange of News between National News Agency, Nepal (RSS) and Qatar News Agency (QNA)

3. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Cooperation in the Field of Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research between the Government of Nepal and the Government of the State of Qatar

4. Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Youth and Sports between the Government of Nepal and the Government of the State of Qatar 

5. Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation between the Office of the Attorney General of Nepal and the Public Prosecution of the State of Qatar

6. Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Diplomatic Training and Education between The Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) of the Government ofNepal and The Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar

7. Agreement on the establishment of Joint Business Council (JBC) between Qatar Chamber and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI)

8. Renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Qatar Chamber and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI)
